Article 1-definitions

Article 2-APPLICABILITY

Article 5-RIGHT of WITHDRAWAL
1. the consumer may contract with respect to the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer, or on behalf of third party other than the carrier, the product has received, or:

Article 6-OBLIGATIONS of the CONSUMER DURING the COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Article 8-OBLIGATIONS of the ENTREPRENEUR in the CASE of WITHDRAWALS
