The modern style is characterised by clean lines and functional design. It has a luxurious, international and timeless look without fuss. The furniture is large and the decoration minimal. Influences of the 20th century combined modern industrial possibilities of today; a variety of textures, innovative use of materials and colour are characteristic of this style. Commonly used materials are: chrome, stainless steel, leather. plastic, (coloured) glass, marble and wood with high gloss lacquer. Dark wood can also be added to add more warmth to this style.

Within the modern style the basic colours white and black, as well as grey and brown do well in a sleek interior. For balance we often add a bright accent colour, for example a coloured armchair or colourful artwork.
